DESCRIPTION:We invite you to join the next Queer Interdisciplinary Researc
 h Exchange (QuInt)\, where we wish to bring together students and research
 ers of the University of Bonn who work on queer topics from different pers
 pectives and disciplines. The next meeting will take place on Tuesday\, Ma
 y 5th\, 4-6 p.m. (c.t.) in the Rabinstr. 8\, Seminar room 7. This is the f
 irst QuInt of the summer term!  \n\nWe are happy to have Laura Singendonk 
 (B.A.\, they/them)\, a student from the Applied Linguistic’s MA-programm
 e of our department. Laura will bring data from their most recent term pap
 er about transphobia in memes\, with insights from a linguistic perspectiv
 e. \n\nWe are looking forward to an interesting discussion! As always\, th
 ere will be snacks and tea/coffee. \nDue to topic\, we want to include a w
 arning for sensitive content as data examples include topics and strong la
 nguage that may be triggering for some people.
